Services
A path, not a menu.
Engagements proceed in a fixed order, and each step is complete in itself. A practice may stop at any point. The time each step asks of a principal is stated below, because that time — not the fee — is usually the real constraint.
First
Free manual brand signal review
Time required: none beyond a short form.
A short review of a studio's public presence — website, messaging, first impression — with high-level observations and a plain recommendation on whether deeper work is warranted. It is prepared manually and sent in writing. There is no call to book and nothing to prepare.
Second
The Brand Diagnostic
Time required: 90 minutes.
The studio's principal product: a diagnosis of the gap between what a practice has built and how the market perceives it. A written intake, a 30-minute call, and a 60-minute recorded debrief — 90 minutes in all. It ends in a written diagnostic and a prioritised roadmap the practice could execute on its own, and a practice may stop there.
Third
Implementation
Time required: no more than 12 hours across the engagement.
Execution of the roadmap: strategy refinement, positioning and messaging, visual identity, website direction, and a case-study framework. The same engagement at different scopes — direction only, or a complete system. A principal's time is capped at twelve hours across the whole of it.
Implementation produces a complete specification, detailed enough to build from. Where a practice needs a build partner for the website itself, one is introduced; the studio does not undertake website production, and does not compete on build cost. A review of the built site before it goes live is included, whoever produces it.
Afterwards
Brand Stewardship
Time required: one hour monthly.
For studios that have completed an implementation and want the brand to stay as strong as the work as the practice grows. Each quarter, one new project is brought to a publishable case study. Between those, new pages and copy are reviewed before they go live, and the studio's public presence is assessed twice a year against the direction that was set.
Twelve-month term. A small number of studios at a time. Offered at the close of an implementation, not later.
